About the UK National Lottery
The UK National Lottery runs several draw games on different evenings. This page covers four of them. Thunderball draws five main numbers and a Thunderball. Lotto draws six main numbers and a bonus ball, and since 10 June 2026 each Lotto draw has two rounds, so one date can show two sets of numbers. EuroMillions draws five main numbers and two Lucky Stars and is shared with other European countries. Set For Life draws five main numbers and a Life Ball.

02 What days are the UK National Lottery draws?
Set For Life draws on Monday and Thursday, EuroMillions on Tuesday and Friday, and Lotto on Wednesday and Saturday. Thunderball draws on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. None of these four games draws on Sunday, so on Sunday this page shows Saturday’s results.
03 How many numbers do you need to win?
For the top prize you need every main number, plus the extra ball where the game requires it: the Thunderball, both Lucky Stars in EuroMillions or the Life Ball in Set For Life. Smaller prizes need fewer matches. The full prize tables are set by the National Lottery and published on its official site.
04 Can I play the UK National Lottery from Nigeria?
